Warranty exchange fees may vary based on the product type. Replacements are provided at no cost when requested within 30 days of purchase; after this period, a shipping and handling fee will apply.

To complete the process, please submit a 10-second video showing the tool with the cord cut.

Once your claim, video, and any required payment are received, you will receive an email confirmation, and a replacement tool (in an available color) will be shipped within one week.

Free shipping is available for all mainland U.S. orders. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico include a $19.99 USD handling fee. International shipping includes a $29.99 USD handling fee.
