Your product must be registered within 14 days of purchase to activate the warranty. Also, be sure to retain your original warranty paper in the box in the unlikely event that your device breaks or malfunctions.

  • First, please make sure your hair tool is registered, if not please register it.
  • NOTE: Your warranty claim will NOT be processed until the defective item has been received by our Customer Service Team.
    • Exchanges after 30 days of purchase:
      • Exchanges after 30 days of purchase are subject to a minor shipping & handling fee. Payment should be made online when you complete the Warranty Exchange Form. You can also send a money order made out to OS Enterprise LLC along with the product you are returning.
    • Exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase:
      • Once we have received your damaged device back, it will be inspected by our Customer Service Department. If it is determined that your claim is the result of a manufacturer’s defect and caused by normal use, we will replace your tool and you ship a new one immediately.
  • Ship your product to the address provided on the pamphlet inside of the box to the attention of Customer Service. You will also be sent the return shipping address when you complete the “Request Exchange Under Warranty” form. Please be sure to keep your tracking number when you ship your product, and make sure it is packed well in a sturdy cardboard box. We do not take responsibility for items lost during shipping.
