
Karma Beauty Product Warranty
Karma Beauty offers a 1-year standard warranty on all electric products, including flat irons, curling irons, heat brushes, blow dryers, and blowout brushes, covering manufacturing defects. By registering your product, you will receive an additional 12-month extended warranty absolutely free, bringing your total warranty to 2 years.
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for the original purchaser only. A service fee of $29 applies to warranty claims for most products. However, for BLDC blow-dryers and Multi attachments, the service fee is an additional $19.99, bringing the total service fee for these products to $49.99. If a defect occurs within the first 30 days, this fee will be waived.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper care and handling. Warranty claims related to these issues will be denied.
How to Register Your Product:
To activate your standard 1-year warranty and receive your free 12-month extended warranty, please register your product online using the Karma Beauty Product Registration page. You will need the following information:
- Product Model Number: Please provide the model number of your product.
- Upload a Picture of the Tool: A clear image of the product is required for registration.
- Date and Location of Purchase
- Receipt: Upload a clear image showing the product name, purchase date, and retailer.
Incomplete registrations may result in warranty claims being denied.
Filing a Warranty Claim:
For warranty claims, please submit the necessary information through our online portal. For customers outside of North America, shipping costs, taxes, and duties will be the customer's responsibility.
If the product is purchased through www.karmabeauty.com and develops a defect within 30 days, initiate a return by selecting "Defective Product" for a hassle-free replacement.
If purchased from an authorized third-party retailer, please register your product first and then file a claim for a replacement.
Important Notes:
- Ensure that you retain your original product until the warranty claim is processed.
- A clear image or video showing the damaged product, including the Karma Beauty logo and electrical plug, must be submitted. If no visible damage is seen, you may be asked to provide a photo of the product with the cord cut. Only cut the cord if instructed to do so by our service team.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, wear and tear, improper cleaning, exposure to incorrect voltage, tampering, unauthorized repairs, incorrect usage, or any alterations. Any removed serial numbers or labels will void the warranty.
Additional Information:
- Karma Beauty cannot honor warranties for products purchased through unauthorized retailers. Please contact us to confirm authorized sellers before making a purchase.
- If the product is discontinued, we may provide a replacement model of equivalent or superior value.
