Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days unless the order is placed after 3pm on Friday. We do not ship on the weekends. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method — standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days.

We do not ship on the weekends or any national holidays.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories via USPS. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO

Yes. Packages that have not been signed for & are now unclaimed, can be sent back to you. There will be a shipping fee to have the package resent that will need to be paid before the package can be shipped back out.

We don’t offer same-day delivery or express shipping just yet, but we’re working on it.

Yes, we ship internationally! Duties and taxes vary by country and are typically the customer’s responsibility. These may be calculated at checkout or due upon delivery.

Returns & Exchange

We offer returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Final sale items are not returnable.

Warranty & Repairs

Most Karma tools are backed by a 1 year warranty and you get 1 additional year if you register your tool with us within the first 14 days of purchase. You must provide original proof of purchase. You can register here.

Shipping costs for warranty replacements may apply depending on the issue and location.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects and functional issues under normal use. Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs isn’t covered.

Tool Maintenance & Safety

Once your tool is unplugged and fully cooled, wipe the plates or barrel with a damp cloth. Avoid using alcohol or abrasive cleaners. Store in a heat-resistant pouch or cool, dry area.

  • Fine or damaged: 250–300°F

  • Normal/medium: 300–375°F

Thick or coarse: 375–450°F Start low and increase if needed — and always use a heat protectant!

Yes — most Karma tools are dual voltage (100–240V), so you can use them internationally with a plug adapter. Check your tool’s label to confirm.
