Register Your Tool

We want you to love your product, and we’re here to make sure you’re covered! To activate your warranty, simply register your product within 14 days of purchase. It’s quick, easy, and will give you peace of mind.

Be sure to keep your original receipt and registration number in case, however unlikely, your product gets damaged or malfunctions. You’ll need these details to file a claim.

Submit a Warranty Claim:

Replacement within 30 Days: If your claim is made within 30 days of purchase, your replacement will be free. After 30 days, a small shipping and handling fee will apply.

Additional Fees for Certain Locations: For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico, there is an additional handling fee of $19.99 USD. For customers in Mexico, the additional handling fee is $29.99 USD. International Customers: If you're located outside of North America, please contact customer service at cs@karmahairbeauty.com before submitting your claim.

Please follow the steps below to get your warranty claim started:

  • Fill Out the Form

Complete the warranty claim form to get started with the process.

  • Shipping & Handling Fee

Once we receive your complete claim, including the video and payment for shipping and handling, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Your new tool will be shipped within one week in the available color.

  • Cut the cord

Please send a 10-second video of the tool with the cut cord to 305-915-7048. Once we have your claim, video, and shipping fee, you’ll get a confirmation email, and your replacement tool will be shipped within a week.
