Thank you for shopping with Karma Hair Beauty. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During promotional events, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Karma Hair Beauty ships via FedEx and USPS.

Expedited Shipping — 2–3 Business Days


Overnight Shipping — 1 Business Day

*Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, operational issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over $50 before taxes and discounts.

Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited services, oversized items, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and accepted by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier has scanned the package into their system.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if signature confirmation is selected.

For apartment complexes, multi-unit residences, office buildings, or high-theft areas, we strongly recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout. Additional fees may apply.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, including:

  • Continental United States
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Territories

P.O. Boxes

P.O. Box addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

APO/FPO Addresses

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Availability and shipping rates are determined at checkout.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other government-imposed charges associated with receiving their order.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by Karma Hair Beauty.

Karma Hair Beauty has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office before placing an order.

Refused international shipments due to unpaid customs fees may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier.

If tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, or mailrooms.
  3. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to complete delivery updates.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a package trace.

Claims for missing packages must be reported to Karma Hair Beauty within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Karma Hair Beauty is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery by the carrier, but we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the exterior packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of all internal packaging materials

Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed. Failure to retain packaging may affect the carrier's ability to approve a claim.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as unclaimed may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Customers requesting reshipment of a returned package must pay all applicable reshipping fees before the order can be sent again.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Karma Hair Beauty is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.
